Winger says "Hello Dallas!" at the start of "Time To Surrender" which should identify the city where the show was recorded. The Mesquite News of Sept. 16 has "Sept. 21....Kiss with Winger and Vixen, TCCC Arena, Fort Worth, show time is 7:30 PM."
So it's not Dallas, it's Fort Worth. Fort Worth is 30 miles west of Dallas. Right now (2026), the two cities are fairly close in size...Dallas about 1.3 million, Ft. Worth around 1 million But in 1990, Dallas was about 1,000,000 citizens, while Fort Worth about 450,000. So Winger was giving a shout-out to the bigger city. I've seen that here in the East Bay...we get a "hello San Francisco" all the way out to eastern Contra Costa County.
And these days the San Francisco 49ers play in Santa Clara, 44 miles from San Francisco City Hall but only 8 miles from San Jose City Hall.
Winger opened with a B-side: "Higher and Higher"
The Warrant set may have an unreleased song: there's an instrumental named as "Eda's Theme" on the cue sheet. I'm not familiar enough with Warrant to know if Westwood One just got the title wrong, but I can't find any information on a song with that title. They have "So Damn Pretty (Should Be Against the Law)" as "Let's Get Down," and "Ridin' High" as "Livin' Just To Live It Up" so they're not always accurate.
