"Live From The House of Blues Presented By Pontiac Sunfire" was a syndicated radio show distributed on two cds, with concerts recorded at a House of Blues club (at the time, in Los Angeles, New Orleans, or Cambridge, MA). The live music was interspersed with national commercials, and the House of Blues was promoted by short comments from patrons, or there were interviews with the artists. The syndicated radio show premiered on January 27, 1995 and appears to have run for a year, with the shows running once a week.
The shows don't turn up on EBAY very often, so the number of stations participating in the syndication was low, compared to shows like King Biscuit Flower Hour. Lisa Collins’ “In The Spirit” column in the September 16, 1995 issue of BILLBOARD says 120 stations carried it. I've only identified the following shows:
Show #2 Neville Brothers/Tinsley Ellis
Show #3 Koko Taylor
Show #4 George Thorogood (this one is in our archives)
Show #14 Tom Jones
Show #16 Doug Sahm
Show #21 Nighthawks/Savoy Brown (this show...)
Show #51 Graham Parker/Junior Wells
I don't have these other shows (except for Thorogood); I've just seen them on EBAY or found references to them on the Internet.

Also in 1995, 26 live shows were televised on TBS (Turner Broadcast System). A news article says "Featured acts will include the Spin Doctors, Neville Brothers, They Might Be Giants, Public Enemy, Marshall Crenshaw, Jeff Healey and George Thorogood and the Destroyers."
The show was hosted by Pat St. John...who previously hosted "SuperGroups In Concert," and “A Night On The Road” shows in the early 1980s, and the "Live From Electric Ladyland" shows in the early 1990s. At the time, Pat was the morning man on WNEW-FM out of New York City.
