The concert took place on August 15 1982. It was recorded for later broadcast, and first broadcast on BBC Radio 1's "In Concert" on October 2, 1982.
Eleven tracks were released by the BBC Transcription services for the 1982 broadcast on In Concert-286 BBC Transcription Services CN 4072/S, with a set list that ran:

American radio got ten tracks (all of the above except "Fools In Love") released three times, on:
BBC Rock Hour #340 Versions A and B (broadcast week of Oct. 3, 1983) (this show...)
BBC College Concert #19 (broadcast week of Jan. 1, 1983) (in the VW Archives...)
BBC Rock Hour #445 Versions A and B (broadcast week of Nov. 6, 1983).
Sharp-eyed readers will note that lazy ĐR̃äⒻṬëŕṽöï has recycled the notes from the BBC College Concert, and those with good ears will say, "Hey, I've heard this before."
The Hammersmith concert is also included on the official Joe Jackson 2CD "At The BBC". That version omits "Friday" (which was on all four of the British and American syndicated radio show versions) but includes the additional track "Tuxedo Junction". While you'll need the official release, you'll need to add "Friday" from this show to it to build a complete set list.
Set lists for the 1982 Night and Day Tour at jj-archive.net show Jackson was playing a 15 to 20 song set list, usually featuring a Motown Medley. The Hammersmith Odeon show is shorter than usual. It's unfortunate that given its brevity; A&M didn't put out the entire concert and chose to skip a single track. Kudos to them for giving us "Tuxedo Junction," though. :)

The CD notes on "At The BBC" attribute the date to "Hammersmith Odeon 2/10/82." This is the October broadcast date where the show went out over the radio, not the date the show was recorded.
Also note that American and British date conventions mean that Americans read "2/10/82" on the cover of "At The BBC" as "February 10, 1982" when the intent is for it be interpreted as "October 10, 1982." The U.S. date format is month-day-year: the month appears before the day, while the U.K. style is day-month-year.
In the interest of Anglo-American comity I'll ignore how my distant cousins spell "tire."
The ISO date format, YYYY-MM-DD...or just spelling it out with the written name of the month provides clarity when sharing information internationally.
I've included newspapers that document the date of the original concert, and the date of the BBC broadcast.
