The "Live From Electric Ladyland" series was produced from 1990 into 1993 by Group W Broadcasting and distributed by Bullet Productions.
This show was hosted by Pat St. John, who previously hosted "SuperGroups In Concert," and “A Night On The Road” shows in the early 1980s, these "Live From Electric Ladyland" shows in the early 1990s, and in future years the Live From The House Of Blues Presented by Pontiac Sunfire shows in 1995/1996. At the time, Pat was the morning man on WNEW-FM out of New York City, and sometimes their Program Director.
The distribution schedule is unclear, with five shows in 1990, seven in 1991, two in 1992, and five in 1993. As I have gathered that information from EBAY listings and Discogs.com, it's possible there are more shows.
The first three shows were distributed on cassette tape. I've also seen a reel-to-reel for the Jeff Healey show. After that, the shows were on CD...with two exceptions (Jethro Tull, Kinks. See below). The recording date was on most of the CDs, which also had "The Album Network" and WNEW logos on them.
I search for new information when I post a show, and found 14 promotional posters on Ebay. Many of the posters included the broadcast date.

Jethro Tull, recorded August 20, 1991. Broadcast date unknown. This show falls right in the middle of the second year of the series. All of the other shows are on CD at that point. No CD seems to exist of this show. There is an Album Network cassette. I have never seen a reel of this show.

Kinks May 12, 1993 (confirmed to exist, but does not appear to have been syndicated) date confirmed in Daily News newspaper. There is a tape of the broadcast of this show labeled as "WNAW." It was actually WNEW-FM.
It is rumored that there are two additional shows:
Procol Harum '91
Melissa Ethridge Unknown date.
These are unconfirmed at this time...if anyone knows anything about them, please leave a comment. As Dr. Strange said, "Please...Scooby-Doo this ****."
The Bad Company show appears to be the only 2-cd show in the series.
One more in our ongoing exploration of syndicated radio shows...."Live From Electric Ladyland" was produced by the Album Network in conjunction with New York's WNEW radio station. Copies don't turn up on Ebay very often so they probably produced fewer copies than King Biscuit or Westwood One. I've now update this with a cue sheet.
