As I face another day of sequestration,  I 'm contemplating all the things I'm grateful for.
1. I'm grateful to know that I have protection from a criminal element  that would kill me with their bags of Skittles.
2. I'm grateful to know that my elected leaders have a rating that's lower than my last credit card application.
3. I'm grateful to know I live in a country where Honey-Boo-Boo can become a millionaire
4. I'm grateful to know that the 34 thousand dollar a year job you have puts you in the top 1%
5. I'm grateful to know that I don't have to choose to eat cat food or get a prescription filled
6. I'm grateful to know that big oil is looking for alternative fuels while only asking for 3 + dollars a gallon for their product.
7. I'm grateful to know that another season of "Dancing With The Stars" is about to start another  year.
