24 Commercial - Tennis Magazine
25 Turn Me Around
26 Lock Stock and Teardrops

Runout grooves:
L-90-01-1 MDC KM
L-90-01-2 MDC KM

I've included scans of the cue sheet and disc labels.

Track 21 may be named incorrectly. The cue sheet calls it "Shaka Rocka Polka" but I've not found any such track in lang's discography.  I did searches based on the lyrics and came up with nothing.  An obvious guess at the title is the word "Brokenhearted" which is the key word from the chorus.  If anyone recognizes it, can you please leave the title in the comments below?

Also...if you don't have lang's back catalog, there's a great collection called "Original Album Series" that's got her first five (major label) releases that can be found on Amazon for as low as $15.00.  It's a budget release, simple cardboard sleeves with no liner notes, but at that price, you're making out like bandit.

Kraftwerk / Vredenburg, Utrecht, December 10, 1981 VPRO Radio broadcast

Kraftwerk
Muziekcentrum
Vredenburg, Utrecht
VPRO Radio
December 10, 1981

Sourced from Hans Devente's tape, posted online June 2014.

01.  Nummern
02.  Computerwelt
03.  Metropolis
04.  The Model
05.  Computer Liebe
06.  Pocket Calculator

The date on Hans' original upload is "11-1981"

I've listed the date as December 10 based on information from www.twingokraftwerk.com.

There are two vinyl bootlegs ("Machine" and "Somewhere In Europe") with the
same songs as Hans' tape in the same order, and the sources are identified as
Vredenburg on Dec. 10, 1981.

The Computertour bootleg CD was sourced from the same Vredenburg, Dec. 10, 1981 show but with a different set list.  This bootleg adds "Radioaktivitat" and "Autobahn" but is missing tracks 1, 2, and 6.

My conclusion is that the correct date of Hans' show is December 10, 1981.

As this tape is only about 1/2 an hour, and the bootlegs not much longer it's likely both versions are sourced from partial edited broadcasts of a longer concert.

Hans uploads each side of his tapes as a single large file.  I've chaptered the show, equalized the channels, and applied a fade to the end of the tape.

Meltdown...

This isn't a picture of my computer but it may as well be.

I am posting this from my wife's computer that she uses for work. Wednesday June 11th my computer would not turn on. NOTHING. I was hoping it was just the power source.  No such luck. Had the computer guy down the street from me check it out. Not only is the power supply dead but there is some MELTED CIRCUITS on the board. I have been able to save $214.57 from the few generous folks that have been kind enough to donate to this blog and Floppy Boot Stomp. I need at least another $350 to get a new computer that won't be obsolete in 2 years.

I will probably not be able to post much of anything until I can get a new computer. My wife is out of town for work a lot and she also works from home sometimes. This means I WILL NOT be able to use her computer very often.

For those of you that wonder why I don't have enough of my own money to buy a new unit, I am currently disabled and am having to sue my health insurance company for disability for a valid claim that they refuse to pay. Lets just say I have a very fucked up foot from an accident with power tools.

BBC Rock Hr. 307 - Version "A" - Δ
BBC Rock Hr. 307 - Version "A" - B

As usual, no recording date is indicated, but newspapers.com turned up a classified ad for the show that proves it was November 27, 1981.

Here's a digitization of a BBC Rock Hour show...I've included scans of the cue sheet and disc label.  Flac files of wavs.  Declicking done in Audacity.

I know the Little River Band mainly for the hit "Reminiscing" which was a chart smash in America, rising to the #3 spot on Billboard's Hot 100. In their native Australia, they charted 23 times on the Kent Music Report.

Commercials are tracked so you can drop 'em if you don't want 'em...although I'll point out that the Gary U.S. Bonds commercial might be worth a spin to fans of Springsteen, as they're imitating his musical style to sell beer.   They even toss in a reference to "the river."
