Damn Yankees were touring as the second billed act behind Poison.  I couldn't find printed proof of the date, but it's accepted as July 5th on poisonfanclub.net.  

While I didn't find a concert review, ad, or ticket stub, I included some of the general press coverage of the band from 1993.

Steve Cooper (105.9 KBPI Denver) and Mark Felsot (VP of Broadcast Productions for the Album Network/SFX Radio Network) host the show.

There is a short interview with Jack Blades and Tommy Shaw.

Guitars 101 has a post of the same show sourced from a broadcast on WJXQ with a date of July 23, 1990.  Several other sources list July 23, 1990 as the date of the show. Damn Yankees, recorded July 23, 1990, and the promo poster has the broadcast date of August 3.  So...it's not clear why the cassette says 8/16/90.

As I just posted the Santana Live From Electric Ladyland show from August 1990 that's sourced from a cassette, I figured I'd post the other LFEL show I have on cassette: Damn Yankees, recorded a few weeks earlier.  

While this is clearly from the same series of shows, hosted by Pat St. John, with the same Jimi Hendrix theme music...the cassette looks totally different.  The packaging doesn't mention the Album Network, but looks like a promo cassette from Warner Brothers Records.

There are other differences that must be explained.  After each block of commercials, there are long silences of one or two minutes before the show starts again.  These are most likely blocks of time left for local commercials. These long silences are not on the Santana show.  I've deleted the one and two minutes of silent air after each of the commercial blocks. 

As I mentioned, a version of this is up on Guitars 101 already.  This version is definitely "pre-FM" right from the cassette.
